The echoes of your everything keep you awake at night
The streaks of light across your ceiling are your warning signs
I saw you glancing out your window looking to see a rainbow
It’s just a reflection, on the water, do you know
It rained all day yesterday and you’re sick of the clouds
but woe is not you, you’re breathing and your heart is loud
Now you’re on a morning drive
Trees in bloom and still alive

Since the clouds are out today

That way you’ll feel magic when you get outside again
The sunburn on your shoulders will keep you all warm in bed
and the sound of crickets singing will ring loudly in your head
Now you’re feeling sorta free
cause your outlook is the key
